To be a leader you need three things: A desire to lead, a drive to move forwards and a yearning to learn. Whether you aspire to move up the career ladder; aspire to increase your influence in your current position; or aspire to understand and recognise your leadership potential this program will prepare you to embrace and succeed in the challenges that may face you.

We use a developmental framework tailored for women in the digital health ecosystem. You will explore, develop and distinguish the technical competencies and ethical values that comprise your leadership brand.

Our curriculum follows three complementary pillars of leadership:

Leading Self, understanding development

You will focus on and develop your understanding of your own leadership style, personal strengths, development gaps and reflect on your leadership perspective, potential and empowering yourself.

Clear vision for your personal leadership brand

Leading Culture, understanding context and culture

You will build confidence in taking the lead, navigating the ecosystem and dealing with the conversations which arise for leaders both difficult and influential.

Clear vision for how to cultivate culture, navigate complexity and build sustainable networks

Leading people

You will learn skills to develop create teams and cultivate culture champions and focus on strategic leadership, decision making and delegation.

Clear vision of how to develop the next generation of digital health leaders
