Offering wonderful networking opportunities for both members and non-members alike, the Institute’s NSW branch keeps the State up to date with the vast array of developments within digital health.
NSW has a long history of progressing health informatics in Australia. The branch was established in 1991 by the Health Informatics Association of NSW (HIANSW) to support a national health informatics body and became part of the Health Informatics Society of Australia in 2001.
