About the workshop
This pre-HIC 2019 workshop will be held on Saturday 10 August and will explore Service-oriented Device Connectivity (SDC), an emerging standard for integrating devices from the device interface to connected point-of-care systems to remote applications including EHRs.

Todd Cooper
Board member, FHIR Foundation
Todd Cooper is a US-based biomedical engineer and one of the pioneers of standards-based medical device interoperability. He is a member of the FHIR Foundation, a board member of IHE and co-founder of IHE Patient Care Devices working group.
