Exhibition Freight & Logistics

DB Schenker has been appointed the official logistics provider.

FORM A: Transport booking
Exhibitors/custom stand builders/suppliers who require transport, fill this form out and return to our team. We will review and then provide exhibitors/custom stand builders/suppliers a quote for transport. This service covers collection from client premises with delivery to stand and return (if required).

TRANSPORT BOOKING FORM

FORM B: Loading Dock Access
Exhibitors/custom stand builders/suppliers who would like to access the loading dock using their own vehicles or suppliers of their choice, are required to fill in this form and return to us. We then review and compile a Move In / Move Out Schedule. We share and provide complete visibility with the MCEC and HISA.

LOADING DOCK ACCESS FORM

FORM C: Advanced Warehouse Booking
Exhibitors/custom stand builders/suppliers can also choose to send their freight/items to our Melbourne warehouse. For a fee, we arrange transport from our warehouse to their stand and return (if required). This option provides flexibility to all Exhibitors/custom stand builders/suppliers.
