Community of Practice
Student Network
The Institute’s Student Network is a community for those who share a common interest in digital health and health informatics.
David Wang, medical student at The University of Melbourne
About the network
Digital health is an expanding and dynamic field for young professionals. There is a growing interest in the field from students and emerging health leaders. We seek to provide guidance and support for students and emerging professionals wishing to pursue a career in digital health, offering pathways and opportunities for individuals to learn and develop both personally and professionally.
The Student Network is also a platform which allows knowledge sharing through mentoring and networking, providing the bridging link between passionate students, recently graduated professionals, industry representatives and established leaders in digital health. We also aim to promote digital health as an exciting career and develop interest for the field in student communities.
The Student Network encourages all students and emerging professionals to join the community. It is a fantastic starting point to learn more about digital health and connect with similar passionate minds.
