At Healthdirect Australia we believe that all Australians should have access to the information and advice they need to manage their own health and wellbeing. It’s this vision that underpins everything we do.
We are striving towards becoming a key part of a quality Australian health system, working on behalf of our government shareholders across health, aged care, disability and social sectors to deliver more efficient and effective services.
To do this, we’re providing people with the tools they need to manage their own health and wellbeing – improving health literacy, ensuring 24 hours a day / 7 days a week access and directing people to appropriate services where and when they need them. We’re using all of the available technology channels that people want and expect to use, and that provide the best value for money
