The Australasian Institute of Digital Health today launches Australia’s Women in Digital Health Leadership program.
The 6 month program is designed to enable all leaders realise and develop their leadership potential to advance the capability of leaders, organisations and our digital health ecosystem, to achieve healthier lives, digitally enabled.
“There are so many brilliant women in our sector, at various stages of their career. We’ve built this program to cater for women at all stages of their leadership career journey“, said AIDH CEO Dr Louise Schaper.
Professor Wendy Chapman, AIDH Board member & Director of the Centre for Digital Health Transformation at Melbourne University built a similar program in the USA. “I believe Australia can build on the success of the US program. The team have worked hard to customise the content and experience for leaders in Australia and I’m looking forward to working alongside our mentors and the participants“.
The 25 people accepted into the leadership program will work with professional leadership coaches, mentors from across the digital health community and partake in 3 leadership retreats from February – August.
The WiDH Leadership program is currently accepting applications for selection into this specialised program. Applications are due Monday 10 January 2022.
