Expressions of interest
Would you like to present at ATC 2020? Expressions of interest is now open
ATC 2020 seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from those interested and working in telehealth and virtual care including public and private healthcare services operators, practitioners, researchers, and industry solution providers on the following topics:
- Innovative and new models of telehealth and virtual care allowing greater connection and easier access to health services for patients and consumers (metro and regional; acute and primary care)
- Case studies responding to, and addressing, areas highlighted in recent reviews such as mental health, disability services, and aged care
- Case studies enabling better health and wellness of our Indigenous people and their communities, and solutions affording better access to care to CALD population
- Case studies which address climate change as part of sustainability in healthcare and a driver for change (per World Economic Forum Agenda)
- Examples of new virtual models being scaled, or conceived and delivered, through virtual technology – challenge our thinking! #MedTech #IoT #OnlinePlatforms
- Case studies where telehealth and virtual care is being led by / supports / enables the role of nurses and midwives (noting 2020 is the International Year of the Nurse and Midwife)
Other EOIs can be submitted but areas addressing these topics will be considered favourably.

All authors are required to use the conference template for their submission.
EOI Guidelines
- You may list authors and affiliations
- Include a presentation title
- Submission to be maximum 350 words. If your EOI exceeds 350 words you will need to resubmit
- Double check spelling and grammar. Please replace American spelling with British English spelling
- EOI title to be in sentence case, using capitals where appropriate e.g. “My EOI title: An exploration of sentence structure”
- EOI must be submitted as a word document

- Conclusion – outcomes and lessons learnt
