What are we looking for?
Topics are encouraged from across a range of healthcare settings including public and private hospitals, nursing, primary care, indigenous, aged and community care and multi-cultural services on the 4 streams outlined below.
Already presented overseas? Your work is also eligible for consideration at AI.Care and we welcome your submission.
Expressions of interest are now open and will close Friday 5 June 2026.
Streams
1. AI in Real Life
Focuses on real-life and real-world examples of the use of AI in healthcare to support diagnosis, learnings, treatment provision and real-time care.
2. A View of the Future
For abstracts focused on the latest innovations and future trends. What does the future hold for AI in healthcare?
3. Safe and Ethical Use of AI
Governance, law and ethics for the safe deployment and use of AI in healthcare.
4. The Science of Implementation
Bridging the gap between research and reality. Focused on the lessons and learnings from conception to implementation and change management.

- Acceptance notification to presenters Friday, 24 July 2026
- Presenter registration Friday, 18 September 2026
- Final PowerPoints are due by Friday, 6 November 2026
Presentation submission guidelines
All accepted presenters must confirm their acceptance by purchasing a speaker registration no later than Friday 18 September 2026. All accepted presenters will receive a discounted registration rate.
All submissions must be submitted through the online submission portal.
- Include your presentation title and use sentence case, for example “My presentation title: An exploration of sentence structure”
- Abstracts should be no more than 400 words in length.
- Submissions must include a biography of the presenter of up to 200 words each. Submissions not including a biography of the presenter will not be considered.
- Abstracts must include the following information:
- Author(s): Preferred given name and surname of all authors
- Presenter: Name of person/s who will present the presentation at the Conference
- Title: e.g. Mr, Mrs, Ms, Dr, Prof for all persons listed above
- Position: Official job title of all presenter/s e.g. Dr, Prof, Assoc Prof
- Organisation: The organisation/institution with which the presenter/s are affiliated
- Contact Details: Phone and email details must be provided for the presenter/s
- Session Title: This is the title that will be included on the Conference App, conference website and promotional material for the conference.
- Stream: Please indicate the most appropriate strand for your presentation as outlined above.
Abstracts for presentations should be submitted by Friday, 5 June 2026 11:59pm AEST. Presenters will be advised of the outcome of their submission by no later than Friday, 24 July 2026. AIDH reserves the right to accept or reject any submissions
