What are we looking for?

For AI.Care 2025, we are looking for 15-minute presentations.

Topics are encouraged from across a range of healthcare settings including public and private hospitals, nursing, primary care, indigenous, aged and community care and multi-cultural services on the themes below.

Already presented overseas? Your work is also eligible for consideration at AI.Care and we welcome your submission.

Expressions of interest are now open and will close Monday 28 July 2025.

Presentation submission guidelines

All accepted presenters must confirm their acceptance by purchasing a speaker registration no later than Friday 12 September. All accepted presenters will receive a discounted registration rate.

All submissions must be submitted through the online submission portal.

Include your presentation title and use sentence case, for example “My presentation title: An exploration of sentence structure”
Include a short 100-word bio and photo of the presenter
You will have up to 300 words to describe your presentation. Structure your submission using the following broad structure
- Introduction (setting, problem/challenge to be solved)
- Technology brief
- Implementation processes
- Conclusion (outcomes and lessons learnt)
In 100 words, list up to three (3) learning objectives to come out of your presentation
Check spelling and grammar and ensure it is British English spelling
