DIGITAL HEALTH INSTITUTE SUMMIT 2022 SERIES

COVID Safe guidelines

Your health and that of the community are our top priority as we continue with plans for the Digital Health Institute Summit. We look forward to welcoming you and hope that you will take some time to view our COVID Safe Plan and work with us to create a positive experience for all. Our COVID safe plan reflects our commitment to creating an event that adheres to the Federal Government’s health directives and COVID Safe guidelines.

Vaccination and testing

  • All AIDH staff, volunteers and contractors will be required to be double vaccinated to attend the in-person events.
  • Attendees will be required to show proof of their vaccination status to the nominated AIDH staff as part of the registration process.
  • To ensure that all delegates, sponsors and AIDH staff are comfortable and as safe as possible during the Summit, it will be a requirement that all attendees produce a negative RAT before entering the Summit. Delegates will be required to show a photo of a negative test taken within 24 hours of arrival on site. Our preference is that delegates take a RAT test before arriving at the venue, but if you are unable to source a RAT the AIDH has purchased tests to give to delegates at registration.

Face masks

  • All attendees, AIDH staff, volunteers and contractors will be required to wear masks during the event.
  • Mask wearing will be in-line with government restrictions and will be enforced by AIDH.
  • We encourage you to bring your own medical mask, but there will be a supply available at the AIDH booth and the registration desk.
  • Speakers will be able to remove their mask to deliver their talk or presentation.

Physical distancing

  • Wherever possible attendees will be requested to adhere to physical distancing measures and to maintain 1.5m distancing.
  • Physical distancing reminders and signage will be provided throughout the venue.

Hygiene

  • Attendees are reminded to stay at home if unwell and symptomatic.
  • Hand sanitiser will be provided at each exhibition booth and at various locations across the venue.
  • All visitors are required to undergo hand sanitisation on arrival and at registration.

Record keeping

  • The AIDH Conference Director is appointed as Covid marshal to ensure all participating are abiding by the COVID Safe Guidelines.
  • Venue COVID Marshals are available throughout the venue to assist visitors, customers and contractors.
  • All attendees will be required to check in to the event at the registration desk via the relevant government check-in apps.

Enclosed spaces and ventilation

To maximise air quality, HVAC essential safety systems continue to be maintained in accordance with regulations, ensuring the ongoing compliance of event buildings. To increase fresh airflow, the following measures are in place:

  • Building code minimum outdoor air rates maintained during unoccupied periods to ensure there are no periods of stagnation.
  • Increased ventilation rates as high as 100 per cent outside air during occupied periods through the Building Automated System

Venue specific COVID Safe Plans
